यूपी पुलिस की जांच में खुलासा हुआ कि धमकी देने वाला नालंदा जिले में सिपाही के पद पर तैनात है। उसके बाद यूपी पुलिस नालंदा पहुंची और उसे गिरफ्तार कर अपने साथ ले गयी। दीपनगर थानाध्यक्ष धर्मेन्द्र कुमार ने बताया कि आरोपित के खिलाफ यूपी में मुकदमा दर्ज है। दिलदारनगर की पुलिस उसे गिरफ्तार कर अपने साथ ले गयी।

मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ को गोली मारने की बात कहने वाले ASI तनवीर खान को यूपी पुलिस ने सोमवार (मई 4, 2020) को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। उत्तर प्रदेश के सीएम के लिए अभद्र टिप्पणी करने के आरोप में बिहार के इस पुलिसकर्मी को नालंदा जिले के दीपनगर थाना इलाके से यूपी की गाजीपुर पुलिस ने गिरफ्तार किया। पुलिस ने सोशल मीडिया में अभद्र टिप्पणी करने के आरोप में उस पर कई धाराएँ लगाई गईं और फिलहाल उसको जेल भेज दिया है।

गाजीपुर एसपी डॉ ओमप्रकाश सिंह ने मामले की पुष्टि करते हुए बताया है कि तनवीर खान गाजीपुर के दिलदारनगर क्षेत्र का रहने वाला है और बिहार के नालंदा में पुलिस विभाग में बतौर आरक्षी तैनात था। उस पर आरोप है कि उसने 24 अप्रैल को अपने फेसबुक पेज पर यूपी सीएम के खिलाफ रमजान में अजान के मामले को लेकर अभद्र टिप्पणी की थी।

वहीं, नालंदा जिले के दीपनगर थाने के इंचार्ज धर्मेंद्र कुमार के मुताबिक आरोपित पुलिसकर्मी तनवीर की तैनाती राजगीर के फॉरेस्ट हाउस के पास थी। सोमवार को यूपी के दिलदारनगर थाने की पुलिस टीम दर्ज एफआईआर की कॉपी के साथ नालंदा पहुँची और वहाँ तनवीर खान को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया। बाद में यूपी पुलिस की टीम बिहार पुलिस के आरोपित को अपने साथ ले गई।

24 अप्रैल को एक फेसबुक पोस्ट सामने आया। इस पोस्ट में अजान न होने पर योगी आदित्यनाथ को गोली मारने की बात थी। जिस पर दिलदारनगर निवासी धनन्जय और विशाल ने स्थानीय पोस्ट में अपनी शिकायत दर्ज कराई। मामला संज्ञान में आने के बाद पहले इस पोस्ट को देखकर अंदाजा लगाया गया कि ये किसी सिरफिरे का कारनामा है। मगर, बाद में जब इस मामले को गंभीरता से लिया गया तो मालूम चला कि सीएम योगी के लिए इतनी लापरवाही भरा पोस्ट लिखने वाले बिहार पुलिस का जवान है।
